We are highly skilled in undertaking condition surveys on all kinds of residential property, from the smallest studio flat to the largest mansion. Every purchaser needs to know the true condition of their property and know its true value. Our RICS Homebuyers Reports and Structural Surveys have saved clients many thousands of pounds and have often been used to renegotiate the purchase price.
If you are having a mortgage, the lender will send a valuer to value the property. This is not a condition survey and you cannot rely on this quick inspection to purchase the property. This is simply for the lenders purposes to ensure they are not lending more than the property is worth.

RICS Homebuyers Report and Valuation.
We are one of the only companies using the newly released 2009 version of the Homebuyers Report and Valuation. This is our most popular survey and is suitable for most properties. It is a detailed inspection and report on a propertys true condition with appropriate advice where required about what to do next. You also get our independant opinion of the value. This service starts from as little as £250.
Full Building Survey/Structural Survey.
This is our most in depth full building survey and is suitable for older properties or where alterations are planned. The Building Survey report is tailored to the clients specific requirements and our advice is illustrated by photos to give you a better understanding of what is being discussed. The report specifies the work required and we can provide approximate costings helping you to budget. These surveys start from £550.
Please note: We do not inspect single structural defects noted from other surveyors reports ie after a mortgage valuation.

We are highly experienced in preparing valuation reports on residential property of all types. We undertake around 1000 valuations a year and justifyably think our experience is unsurpassed.
