We are members of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and the only firm of Chartered Surveyors approved by Trading Standards.

Our Services

We specialise in residential surveys, valuations, and Energy Assessment. We offer a wide range of expert and professional services, including:

• RICS Homebuyer Reports from £250.
• Full Structural Surveys from £500.
• Professional Valuations from £150.
• Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for domestic (£65) and commercial buildings (from £250).
